Last Christmas, hardtofind ran a small pop-up showroom over a weekend in The Rocks. As part of the promotion, there was a competition for one person to win all the products on display. To enter, customers had to take a photo of the pop-up and upload it to Instagram using the hashtag #htfpopup and tagging @hardtofind_.

I wrote the competition brief, the entry details and the terms and conditions. I monitored the competition, and responded to entrants. I also judged the competition and arranged for the prizes to be sent to the winner.

The result: We had 283 entries in the competition. Each entry promoted hardtofind and the pop-up showroom to the entrant’s Instagram followers, broadening our reach through positive peer reviews.
