Not Quite Nigella

Lorraine Elliot from Not Quite Nigella is one of Australia’s leading food bloggers, with more than 350,000 unique readers each month. She invited me to contribute some recipes to the blog that I’d learned on my travels in Morocco. In addition to writing the recipes, I was also the talent for an accompanying video she created.

To match the tone of her blog, my presentation style was relaxed, friendly and conversational.
