Selling the sale Sale

I project managed regular site-wide flash sales on hardtofind. This involved devising and executing an eDM and social strategy, co-ordinating the involvement of up to 180 seller partners, collaborating with designers for artwork, and writing eye-catching copy for eDMs and social media posts.

I also worked on external promotion for the sale, writing copy and organising assets for Missy Confidential advertisements, and liaising with media for editorial promotion.

The result: With regular social and eDM promotion, the flash sales increased revenue by 200%, as well as grew the email subscriber database, allowing for continued engagement during non-sales periods. The sales also received editorial support in The Daily Telegraph.
